Technological processes contain, in the technological execution order, the operations performed – along the route of realizing the products. GPD can define basic processes – attached to models – from which to be realized, usually by copying, the specific process for a particular command.

The definition of bundles can be started based on data provided by the CAD system, as bundles are edited for the cutting segment (e.g. used until the fusing operation). The number of bundling segments (different structure of bundles) and the algorithms used for sorting are defined by the user.

It is possible to define general BOM templates for a style. Based on the material assortment rules GPD automatically generates the material demand of a specific order; for request it calculates the necessary materials to purchase.

Workflow is the operation list, in technological sequence, that is executed – during the route – to get the final product.
GPD allows the definition of basic workflows from which the specific workflow of a manufacturing order will be edited. The operations of workflows are selected from the operation catalog of the company. For each operation is specified the code, description (possibly in more languages), standard execution time in minutes and the minute factor value.
