„RGT RO– Ready Garment Technology Romania” in the laundry, dyeing and textile finishing unit uses GPD to manage the entire flow of activities – approx. eight million products annually – from the reception of the processed products, establishment of the mapped technological process, definition of the operations execution processing recipes and tracking, costs tracking, invoicing the services at the buyer and product delivery at the producer, synthesis, analysis and control.
The garments factories in Baraolt, Estelnic and Sfantu Gheorghe – belonging to the RGT RO – use GPD in order to manage the customer and the production orders, the workflows, the definition of the packages and the production data transport, the quality control of the operations execution and the finished products, the equipment and spare parts inventory, the production tracking, the labor calculation and the increase in work efficiency.
